Never give up, keep trying, and keep going!
— Wesley Day

Living with cerebral palsy, Wesley found at a young age that there were not many sports that he was able to join in on. When he turned 13, he learned how to ski with Maine Adaptive. Now a member of the race team, Wesley is one of the most consistent and hardest working racers out there. He shows up every day with determination, drive, and the goal to be the best that he can be. Skiing has not only played an important role in the way that Wesley keeps his muscles strong and stretched, but has also provided him with a mental outlet where he has built strong friendships both with team members and coaches. Wesley has become a great role model for younger athletes, he demonstrates that if you are willing to put in the work you will not only reach your goals, but surpass them!
