Penny Challenge – Update

Posted on July 28, 2017

Last night’s Maine Adaptive Penny Challenge was a great success. To date, we’ve collected more than 436 pounds of pennies. You read that right, 436 POUNDS of pennies. Thank you to everyone who stopped in to visit us and especially for bringing those pesky pennies as well. They really add up! Three cheers to our volunteer champions, Jackie and Dave Brackett for spearheading the effort and for the crew at Suds forĀ  hosting such a fun and festive evening. And, if you didn’t make it out last night, no worries – there is still plenty of time to add your pennies to the mix and support your favorite summer sport – paddling, golf, tennis and cycling!
