Maine Adaptive Founders Society
Maine Adaptive Endowment Fund
Anchored by our founding fathers: Les Otten, Chip Crothers, Charlie Stevens and Charlie Roscoe, the Endowment Fund was established in 2007 to help ensure the future of Maine Adaptive’s year-round adaptive sports programs for children and adults with physical disabilities.
Membership in Maine Adaptive’s Founders Society can be attained in one of the following ways: 1) including a bequest of $5000 or more to the Maine Adaptive endowment in your will, or as a beneficiary of a trust, IRA or life insurance policy; or 2) making a gift of $5000 or more to the Maine Adaptive endowment fund.
Each year five percent of the endowment will benefit our operating budget, allowing us to confidently expand our programs. The Endowment ensures that we will be able to continue to serve people with physical disabilities, for many years to come, introducing them to the challenges and joy of year-round adaptive sports.
Your generous gift today will help provide the finest in adaptive recreation lessons to children and adults with physical disabilities for years to come, instruction is provided free of charge to every participant.
